Phil Hingston, CPA

Phil is the senior partner of Hingston Miller Hingston, PLLC.  He started the firm in 1986.  Phil graduated cum laude from Central Washington University in 1982 with a bachelor of science degree in accounting.  He has worked in public accounting ever since.  He has served on various not for profit boards including the Seattle Fishermen’s Memorial.  He served on the WSCPA committee for compilation and review.  Phil believes in treating every project like it was his own.  He has been happily married for over 40 years and has two grown children.

Chloe Miller, CPA, MBA

Chloe is a partner at Hingston Miller Hingston and specializes in providing tax and accounting services for maritime, small businesses, and individuals.  Chloe graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting and from the University of Phoenix with a Master of Business Administration. 

Chloe has been with the firm since 2005 and practicing public accounting for over 10 years.  

Chloe is a member of the American Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Washington State Society of Certified Public Accountants.  In her spare time, Chloe enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons, CrossFit, and golf.

Dave Hingston, CPA

Dave is a partner at Hingston Miller Hingston. He has been practicing public accounting since 2008, and joined Hingston Miller Hingston in 2013. He received his accounting degree from George Fox University in 2008. Dave specializes in tax planning and compliance for a wide variety of individuals, businesses small and large, and non-profit entities. In addition, he has experience representing taxpayers before the IRS. He enjoys building relationships with his clients and getting to know them and their unique tax situation.

Dave is a member of the Washington State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He enjoys spending time with his family and chasing around his three kids. Favorite activities include playing golf and softball, and traveling to Disneyland and Lake Chelan.

Jeff Danforth, CPA

Jeff is a partner at Hingston Miller Hingston. He has been practicing public accounting since 2009. He received his accounting degree from Pacific Lutheran University in 2009. He received his CPA certification in 2010. Jeff specializes in tax planning and compliance for a wide variety of individuals and businesses.

Jeff is a member of the Washington State Society of Certified Public Accountants. In his spare time, he enjoys baseball, football, skiing, Lake Pend Oreille, Lake Roesiger, and spending time with his wife, two sons, family and friends.

Chad Partridge, CPA

Chad is a partner at Hingston Miller Hingston. He has been practicing public accounting since 2015. He studied at Central Washington University, where he received a Law and Justice degree in 2012 and his Accounting degree in 2015. He received his CPA certification in 2017. Chad specializes in tax planning and compliance for individuals and a variety of businesses in many different industries. In addition, Chad is pursuing certification as a Personal Financial Specialist.

Chad is a member of the Washington State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He enjoys baseball, football, basketball, golf, and snowboarding; as well as spending time with his wife, two daughters, family, and friends.
